THE SHIFT IS LIKE A TRAIN

The Shift is like a train.

A train that will not stop and wait for anyone.

When the train arrives at the station, every person must make a choice. To step on board…or remain standing on the platform.

There is no middle ground. No space for hesitation.

A train must depart on time. The conductor cannot sit there waiting for you to think it over.

You cannot say,

"Give me a little more time to decide."It doesn't work that way.

Because behind you, there are countless other passengersalready ready to step forward.

The journey cannot pausejust because one person is still undecided.

And The Shift is the same.

It is not a debate. It is not an endless invitation to contemplate. It is a moment of decision.

When the train arrives…you either step on board with it,

or remain on the platformwatching it disappear into the distance.

If you hesitate…the choice has already been made.

You will be left behind.

That is all there is to it.
